The guys who installed my speakers were a huge help with any questions I had. No issues.

I purchased a new car stereo for my son for Christmas along with installation. It was incredibly easy to choose a convenient appointment time, and I was able to drop off his car early so there would be less back and forth to the store. They completed the installation incredibly fast and called me as soon as they were done. The technician was very friendly and walked my son through all of the features of his new stereo.

I had my stereo installed at the Best Buy in Sierra Vista, AZ and I couldn't be happier. I was concerned that the installer may crack some of the plastic in the dash because of the age of the vehicle (1994 Caravan). Thirty minutes later I was driving home with a custom install with no damage, not even a scratch.

the car stereo installation, itself, went great. I only wish that when I purchased the stereo, initially, and had it installed in my car, they told me I could have it put in another vehicle at no cost. Unfortunately, my vehicle was totalled in an accident but I was able to remove the stereo before the insurance company took it. Because I removed it and not Best Buy, I now had to pay a second installation for the same stereo but to a different vehicle

I was able to schedule an appointment on my day off for the service. There was no wait and the tech was very professional and explained all necessary details. The store clerk who had sold us the audio system said no additional accessories were needed, but I did need to purchase 2 additional accessories at installation. Service was completed in about an hour. The tech showed me all of the features on my new audio system after it was installed.
