Install guy was nice and on time for install. Was done in a timely manner and looks nice and neat.

I bought a car radio for my daughters Christmas present and it came with the free installation. They were very helpful in setting up the appointment. When they were done they had a surprise for her. We were unaware that the car had remote start but they saw it installed. They had a spare keypad that they hooked up to it so she also got the remote start free!

The install was quick and we've had no issues with the stereo. He did offer to sync my daughter's phone. We were the first appointment for the day and finally had to get the manager to call the guy to see where he was. When he finally showed up, he never apologized for being late. He wasn't very friendly at all, actually. But, the main thing was her stereo getting installed properly and it was.

So pleased, does just what I wanted, great value, Nate did a super job of installing and explaining functions to me. Glad I got him before he was transferred. Had to return one that turned out to be dysfunctional, and chose better one, little bit more money but worth it. Sound is just fantastic, buttons little small but got used to it already. Good price, quality product highly recommend this one.

Brannon, my installer, was just amazing. He was slow and careful to explain everything in detail from how long it should take, to how to work my stereo. I LOVED that he explained why he was going over my vehicle with a fine tooth comb to make sure that everything that worked still worked after he was done. VERY helpful and thorough and great communication.

Did it in 40 minutes and my new radio is working like charm thanks to my installer

Al at the Montclair, Calif, store did a great job installing a factory replacement head unit and 6 Kicker speakers. The new system sounds awesome! He showed me the work that was done and even gave back the (lousy) factory speakers that didn't even have cone tweeters! Thank you, Al!

Outstanding technicians, super supportive, and fast! I had a radio head unit replaced with the audio department. I was super impressed with the tech's and the staff. I thought i had done my research, they identified obstacles i was not prepared for and corrected them before they became and issue!
