Team member Steve help we get my new radio in my car and even called me to left me know I needed a part I did not think of to control my radio from my steering wheel.Most people would have just done the work and said something later costing me more money and time. NOT Best and Steven they took the time to left me know what I needed! Great job.

The young man who did our install was amazing! They ran into a problem with the install before us which would cause ours to run late. He came inside the store to find us to tell us what was going on. He then came inside to get us. Excellent install and amazing customer service. I can’t see me going anywhere else but here ever again.

Although everything is working, I was charged for services/items I should not have been charged for, was never discussed prior to service. In addition, the techs failed to instruct me on how to operate new system. Genevieve (? Manager) did infancy agree with me and corrected the problems!

The installer for some reason did not have my car on his list even though I made the appointment weeks earlier. He got it right in however and did a great job!

works great with my radio and it makes the radio fit right into my truck without noticing that it is not a factory radio.

The Best Buy installers did a fabulous job removing the factory stereo from my F150 and installing my new JVC system. They got to me the same day that I purchased the stereo, were completed in under an hour, and have an outrageous installation warranty that even covers removal, should I sell the truck. I can't recommend these guys (Flowood, MS) highly enough!!!

The Crew over at Best Buy in North Attleboro were great, started the job on time..and in a hour, my car radio was installed..They went over the radio with me and got me out.. Very happy with the team over there..and will be back and definitively recommend them to anyone..

I needed a replacement radio with a CD player for my 2002 Toyota Camry. This was a reasonably priced unit that works well.

Installation quick should be included with purchase

The radio works for the most part. However, there is some interference on AM when ever an object is placed in the open space left from the old radio. Also, there now seems to be a loose connection to the left side speakers that causes them to go out periodically, which was not there before the installation. I will be scheduling an appointment to have this looked at shortly.

Installation of my Alpine stereo in my Volvo 850! Went great! Looks pretty good too!
