Made an appointment for the weekend after I bought the equipment (front speakers, rear speakers, head unit & install kit). Kept it in a timely fashion. The installer, Noah, was friendly and let me know whenever he moved on to another stage or part. Probably could have done it myself, but this was certainly easier on me!

The Best Buy installers did a fabulous job removing the factory stereo from my F150 and installing my new JVC system. They got to me the same day that I purchased the stereo, were completed in under an hour, and have an outrageous installation warranty that even covers removal, should I sell the truck. I can't recommend these guys (Flowood, MS) highly enough!!!

This was a great experience. I had to look around for a best buy that had availability to do the install same day as purchase, but it was great. Very helpful service, walked me through the set up, stayed after to help me connect the phone. Excellent overall service and support. This was at the Arden Fair Mall location.

works great with my radio and it makes the radio fit right into my truck without noticing that it is not a factory radio.

This is best head unit I’ve had for both of my jeeps.

I was recommended by triple A to go to Best Buy for stereo install. However, my installer Eddie had difficulty installing a new stereo without causing other items like navigation to break. Took about 3-4 trips and several weeks to solve the issue but eventually he got everything to work! Happy with the result now but it was a stressful process.

Geek squad fulfilled their promise by scheduling a second appointment after the first installer was not very helpful in explaining the car audio stereo. The second installer, Cameron, was the greatest.

Robert, at the GeekSquad Installations Dept was fantastic. He made sure that I was getting the right kind of radio along with the necessary kit to properly install the radio in my older car. Robert was clear, concise, helpful, and above all he did a great job. I'm a happy customer. Kudos to Robert for his great job.

Very helpful and friendly. Easy to talk to. Of course he knew how to install my radio, very fast and neat. He had an open time to install so I was in and out right away. Did some basic programming for me. Extremely satisfied.

The radio works for the most part. However, there is some interference on AM when ever an object is placed in the open space left from the old radio. Also, there now seems to be a loose connection to the left side speakers that causes them to go out periodically, which was not there before the installation. I will be scheduling an appointment to have this looked at shortly.

Your guys who installed my radio and front speakers did a great job and very easy to talk to! I will use Geek Squad services in the future!

I had two different places, including the Subaru dealership, say that nothing but the exact same radio would work in the car. I went in and talked to the car audio technician and he determined that it could be done. Lo and behold I finally have a radio again. I should also note that the estimated install time was two hours and it was done in almost exactly two hours.

Alfredo was great installer, and made sure that I had my stereo installed in a timely manner. After install and got home, had some problems and called and Alfredo answered questions and made accommodations for me to come back in for him to fix the problem. Problem was not with install, but personal preference of hard wiring in big rig. Great guy and installer!

Good sound from a quality product. Works as expected, w/no issues. Installed in a 2008 Mazda3.
