I had two different places, including the Subaru dealership, say that nothing but the exact same radio would work in the car. I went in and talked to the car audio technician and he determined that it could be done. Lo and behold I finally have a radio again. I should also note that the estimated install time was two hours and it was done in almost exactly two hours.

This was a great experience. I had to look around for a best buy that had availability to do the install same day as purchase, but it was great. Very helpful service, walked me through the set up, stayed after to help me connect the phone. Excellent overall service and support. This was at the Arden Fair Mall location.

I was recommended by triple A to go to Best Buy for stereo install. However, my installer Eddie had difficulty installing a new stereo without causing other items like navigation to break. Took about 3-4 trips and several weeks to solve the issue but eventually he got everything to work! Happy with the result now but it was a stressful process.

Alfredo was great installer, and made sure that I had my stereo installed in a timely manner. After install and got home, had some problems and called and Alfredo answered questions and made accommodations for me to come back in for him to fix the problem. Problem was not with install, but personal preference of hard wiring in big rig. Great guy and installer!

The agents were able to install my cars new sound system amazingly, the wires are all routed perfectly without them sticking out, and I have not had any issues with the sound system. Highly recommend their installation crew.

Robert, at the GeekSquad Installations Dept was fantastic. He made sure that I was getting the right kind of radio along with the necessary kit to properly install the radio in my older car. Robert was clear, concise, helpful, and above all he did a great job. I'm a happy customer. Kudos to Robert for his great job.
