Everything I needed for my car. It works great and nice sound quality.

Over & over again, and this was no exception I have received the best service from the AUTO GEEK SQUAD at Best Buy. New stereo put in by family member had issues, Michea figured out the problem, and repaired in less than an hour. Price was even really reasonable & worth the time. Should have come to him first.

Had a hard time scheduling my installation appointment, but I guess I will give BestBuy a pass since it was around the holidays...but once I got my appointment the guy who installed it at Rego Park location was soooo good. He knew what he was doing and took the time to show me how my new stereo worked. He was patient & answered all my quirky questions!

The young man did a great job of replacing my outdated radio in my cherished 1990 Miata. It is a tight fit in car, but he smiled and carried on. Excellent job. Thanks

Techs did a professional job whrn installing my new reciver!

Although everything is working, I was charged for services/items I should not have been charged for, was never discussed prior to service. In addition, the techs failed to instruct me on how to operate new system. Genevieve (? Manager) did infancy agree with me and corrected the problems!

Nice neat install. Wire for Bluetooth hidden very well. Microphone very obscure.

The audio installation team at Legacy Place Best Buy is top notch. Had answers to every squestion, fit me into their schedule since I had made my own install appointment online (out of turn) and we're just terrific. The work they did? Outstanding!!!!! Looking forward to upgrading more car audio and utilizing this team to install!!! Thanks guys & gals!!

I had no issues with the installation of my new radio.

The installer did a good job of installing the radio, but he didn't do a good job of installing it to the right parts in regards to the antenna, my radio didn't work at all, could not get a channel at all because I found out that he did not connect the radio right.

The installer was prompt and did an excellent job. Your website did not allow me to schedule an appointment at a closer BestBuy … and I was advised by the installer that they still do installs there. I wouldn't rate the website very well because of this, but I thought the install I got was superb.

My installer was courteous and professional, and completed the installation of my JVC CD/Stereo receiver in a reasonably short timeframe. My car audio quality has risen from good to excellent. I will not hesitate to utilize Best Buy's professional installation services for my car audio needs in the future. I could not be happier with my experience!

Works great and fits my VW Beetle, works without any problems.
