Installation went really smooth. They did a good job.

This was just a deck it supports the stereo with no problems.

I've had 6 installs done by the geek squad and they've always been great to work with. This install was in my Fiat 500 and caused some problems with the ECM. The installer spent hours researching the problem and found a firmware downgrade to make the system work with the ECM in my vehicle. They went above and beyond to make this install satisfactory.

Fantastic Service!!! Unlike the "radio and speaker" stores where you have to leave your car all day until you are called to pick it up later in the evening, Best Buy installed my radio in an hour and promptly called to let me know it was complete. I paid a bundled service for the install, which was cheaper than advertised, so a win-win all around!!!

I called an hour before going to the store and talked to a technician. He said 'come over, we will install it for you'. It was done quickly. No waiting. After installation one of the other technician showed me the controls,, basically how to use the CD receiver. That is very nice. Explained about warranty. Told me what the Geek squad would do if there is a problem.

Over the last few years I have bought radios from Best Buy and had them installed in my vehicles. Best Buy supplied all the necessary adapters, cables and brackets as well as the radios being installed. All did what was required and the radio works fine.

GEEK SQUAD KNOWS THEIR STUFF. EVERYTHING JUST CAME OUT PERFECTO.

The technician was on time, pleasant and very knowlegable.

My mechanic kept giving me the brush off when I wanted my radio installed and he said it would be another three weeks. I called Best Buy and not only were they super polite and easy to deal with but they were willing to install a radio I did not buy there (some stores don't) for a small fee. They also helped me find an alarm system that I like and installed that at the same time.

I had a great experience with the installation of my radio at the Montgomery Al BestBuy. The tech was professional and informative. He gave me instructions on how to use the radio after installation. The price was more than reasonable for the amount of time he took to install it and the quality of the installation. (about one hour)

We purchased the player and had installed the next day. Terrific !

I had GEEK SQUAD put my new stereo in I’d purchased at BEST BUY... the installation was FREE but the tech found original radio I grabbed was faulty & found same model still on floor & put the “non-faulty” radio in... it may have taken a lil longer but knowing they were looking out for me made it worth my wait

The installers were great. Even though some how my appointment hasn't been sent to them, they had my radio installed in an hour. They also spent the time to help me set it up. I would recommend them to anyone!
