Great features in a single din stereo, bluetooth, cd, external jack plus usb and apple play

The deck was very affordable and performed as stated it would.

New radio was put in effectively and quickly. Still use it till this day.

The technician knew my car and the radio I had brought with me for him to install. He was so fast I barely had time to get a sandwich at a nearby restaurant. In addition, he installed an extra USB port utilizing one on the back of the radio which otherwise would have been inaccessible. He put an extra outlet for on my front panel.

Good installation without any difficulty. They even offered instruction for device installed.

I had been planning on installing my new deck myself but decided to go with the pros and glad I did! Giovanni helped me from the display floor to the installation process and had my car sounding sweet all within an hour. The whole process was quick and easy thanks to Giovanni and the installation staff.

I bought a car stereo so I can have bluetooth capabilities. I wanted the installation to be perfect, so I allowed Best Buy to install it. Once they got the stereo in, it has worked swimmingly. It just seemed like it took forever. They told me it would take longer than usual because of the car make (Acura) but dang!

Everything works perfectly and was install in a timely fashion.

Best Buy always does a great job at car audio installations. Have had them work on my car and both of my daughters. I highly recommend getting Total Tech Support if you plan on having a lot of work done to one car or many cars. The money it saves you is amazing.

The installation went very well, they obviously have experienced employees.

It's fine, my only issue is the fact that my factory deck was textured so that it would get all oily finger prints. I wish this was the same. The installer was very nice and my car was in the exact same shape as when I brought it in. No wire pieces on the floor etc. I have had previous installations where that was an issue(not at best buy though)

I absolutely loved the car stereo I bought. Just what I wanted.

Very, very pleased with the service I received. Shipment of the install kit was delayed & had to reschedule installation. When I arrived a mistake had been made & I was not on the schedule. The installation techs went above & beyond to get my radio installed so that I did not have to reschedule again. Great team at the Papillion location!
