Very, very pleased with the service I received. Shipment of the install kit was delayed & had to reschedule installation. When I arrived a mistake had been made & I was not on the schedule. The installation techs went above & beyond to get my radio installed so that I did not have to reschedule again. Great team at the Papillion location!

It's fine, my only issue is the fact that my factory deck was textured so that it would get all oily finger prints. I wish this was the same. The installer was very nice and my car was in the exact same shape as when I brought it in. No wire pieces on the floor etc. I have had previous installations where that was an issue(not at best buy though)

I've had two my stereo's installed and removed one of them these guys know what they're doing and they did a really good job on taking my old went out and put my new one back in and when I bought my first stereo they switched it from my pickup truck to my car with no problems whatsoever keep up the good work

Best Buy install program staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They accommodated our schedule and were finished before the estimated time. They showed us how to operate the radio. They ended up NOT needed the harness kit so gave it back to us unopened and said to go inside and return it. I appreciate their honesty!
