I do like the stereo, but i must say I miss the old feature in there of the " Scan" feature which would search radio stations by a push of a button and would continue going through stations until it landed on the one I liked, and then you would push the scan button again to stop it from searching. Other than that, i enjoy the stereo.

Your guys who installed my radio and front speakers did a great job and very easy to talk to! I will use Geek Squad services in the future!

The Geek Squad know their products well. Since they work on them daily, they have gained experience and wisdom in installing Best Buy products. They stand by their product and reputation. Markeyes, the guy at Auto installation was knowledgable, fast, efficient and clean is his work. I highly recommend him for their work on their own products.

Technician installed my after market radio in my car. Thought it would require an additional adapter but it didn’t need after all. Some places would have charged me for it but not used it and would not have been the wiser! Hats off to your install department for there honesty and great work!

I had to have my stereo radio removed from my old truck and put into my new car I got a EZ appointment the guys did a great job got me in before my appointment time removed the stereo for my truck and put it in my car in a short amount of time very good service for knowledgeable people I would recommend this to my friends

I arrived earlier and the gentleman at the desk who was not the installer I was scheduled to meet began the installation. I came back 45 mins later and it was done. He helped me setup the bluetooth and then I went on my way. Quick and painless

The knowledgeable sales staff assistant me with this purchase, since their inventory was out of stock other measures had to be taken to acquire this product, sales staff was kind enough to provide me the information needed to find the product for my stereo install.

I purchased a car stereo for my son and had it installed at Best Buy. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and the man (can't remember his name) was VERY knowledgeable! He was even able to fix an existing problem that a small audio shop was unable to do. Very pleased and best of all the install was completely affordable!

Stereo install was great. Kat took care of installing my stereo in my truck, sharing options when speakers weren't working and giving me a great deal. And took the time to make sure it was done right and at a great price. Thanks!

Great install but I feel he could've took time to explain how the radio worked didn't offer to hook up my Bluetooth just installed the radio and Gave my keys. But after he seen I was out in the parking lot for hour he did come over and ask if I needed assistance by the time I had it already hook up my Bluetooth so overall he did his job

The installer did a good job installing. Looks great, sounds great. Waiting area sucked.

As usual, the installer at Best Buy did a wonderful job. The radio was installed in a timely manner and the installer showed us how everything worked. We had to come back for an explanation of one of the features and he cheerfully (that's right, cheerfully!) straightened us out on what we were doing wrong. Love the Best Buy!

The agents mounted and installed a stereo in my vehicle. The stereo works very well and the service was pretty fast, but....the stereo moves a bunch in the mounting product and I'm constantly having to push the stereo back in the mounting harness and I also have to keep pushing in a piece of the mounting harness into the main bigger piece of the mounting.

Received free installation with car stereo purchase. The unit was installed promptly at the scheduled time. The installer had to replace installtion kit that was ordered. If the installation wss not free I still would have had Best Buy install Stereo. The installer even explained how to operate the radio and some advanced functions.
