Nate, at the Rockville Geek Squad, did a great job of installing my new JVC car audio system and I'm enjoying listening to the excellent sound that it produces and to being able to listen to my old CDs again!

I purchased a car stereo for my son and had it installed at Best Buy. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and the man (can't remember his name) was VERY knowledgeable! He was even able to fix an existing problem that a small audio shop was unable to do. Very pleased and best of all the install was completely affordable!

Installation was superb. Technician was curtious and very knowledgable.

Works @ Dover Best Buy in Car Audio Department installing car radios. He is fantastic --- did a super job, great customer service skills, works fast and his work looks really nice when he is done!!! Don,t know his name because I gave his business card to my granddaughter --- but he was really GREAT!!!

I arrived earlier and the gentleman at the desk who was not the installer I was scheduled to meet began the installation. I came back 45 mins later and it was done. He helped me setup the bluetooth and then I went on my way. Quick and painless

As usual, the installer at Best Buy did a wonderful job. The radio was installed in a timely manner and the installer showed us how everything worked. We had to come back for an explanation of one of the features and he cheerfully (that's right, cheerfully!) straightened us out on what we were doing wrong. Love the Best Buy!

Received free installation with car stereo purchase. The unit was installed promptly at the scheduled time. The installer had to replace installtion kit that was ordered. If the installation wss not free I still would have had Best Buy install Stereo. The installer even explained how to operate the radio and some advanced functions.

The technician did a great job with the installation of my car stereo. He was very thorough when checking car controls before and after installation. He explained how to set up and adjust settings clearly. Nice guy, great personality !

The young guy who installed my car stereo did a great job. He was personable, knowledge and patient. He answered all of my questions and finished the installation ahead of schedule. I even went back several days later with a question. He stopped what he was doing and took the time to help me out. Thanks for the good customer service.

First off, I was on the fence about having Best Buy install my radio or to just do it myself and overall I am very happy that I chose to have it done professionally. They really do complete the service within the time it says is estimated, but mine was shorter! It's so much nicer to know that if anything happens, it will be covered.
