The installation went very well, they obviously have experienced employees.

Anthony did a great job installing my radio an communicating any issues.

The knowledgeable sales staff assistant me with this purchase, since their inventory was out of stock other measures had to be taken to acquire this product, sales staff was kind enough to provide me the information needed to find the product for my stereo install.

I had to leave work early to make the scheduled install time which ended up being unnecessary because they didn't start the install until an hour after the appointment time. When all was said and done the install itself was okay and I appreciate being able to have the factory system reinstalled at no cost if I am going to get rid of the car.

The service technician was fantastic! He answered all my questions, kept the car neat and tidy, performed the install in a timely manner, very professional and courteous.

Because I was traveling, the friendly technicians rallied to get my installation completed before going home. They suggested that I take in a movie across the parking lot. I did and when I returned the installation was complete. They gave me a quick tutorial and I was off. Thanks Best Buy techs.

Don,t know his name because I gave his business card to my granddaughter --- but he was really GREAT!!!

Sergio took care of me! I got to say, I thought I had my own install figured out, hit a big snag, and the Geek Squad took care of me. They had all the needed tools to get it done and helped trouble-shoot an unforeseen problem to make my install excellent.

Our installer at Burlington store was great. He had it installed quicker than he estimated and went above to help us connect multiple phones, one of which was goving him a hard time. He figured it out and had us out of there quickly.

Bestbuy team was able to get the new deck install with no issues.

The agents mounted and installed a stereo in my vehicle. The stereo works very well and the service was pretty fast, but....the stereo moves a bunch in the mounting product and I'm constantly having to push the stereo back in the mounting harness and I also have to keep pushing in a piece of the mounting harness into the main bigger piece of the mounting.

I arrived earlier and the gentleman at the desk who was not the installer I was scheduled to meet began the installation. I came back 45 mins later and it was done. He helped me setup the bluetooth and then I went on my way. Quick and painless

I do like the stereo, but i must say I miss the old feature in there of the " Scan" feature which would search radio stations by a push of a button and would continue going through stations until it landed on the one I liked, and then you would push the scan button again to stop it from searching. Other than that, i enjoy the stereo.
