I do like the stereo, but i must say I miss the old feature in there of the " Scan" feature which would search radio stations by a push of a button and would continue going through stations until it landed on the one I liked, and then you would push the scan button again to stop it from searching. Other than that, i enjoy the stereo.

Elvis did an excellent job installing my stereo in my 1995 Corvette. There was a slight delay, but he made sure to call me and let me know. I will definitely make sure to ask for him the next time I need something for my car.

I had to have my stereo radio removed from my old truck and put into my new car I got a EZ appointment the guys did a great job got me in before my appointment time removed the stereo for my truck and put it in my car in a short amount of time very good service for knowledgeable people I would recommend this to my friends

The techs installed my new sony bluetooth in my cherokee and a boss double din in my truck an paired my phone to both, very clean install i normally install myself but they do such a professional job i cant compete. I am very happy an worth every penny / cold outside so ño photos

I purchased a car stereo for my son and had it installed at Best Buy. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and the man (can't remember his name) was VERY knowledgeable! He was even able to fix an existing problem that a small audio shop was unable to do. Very pleased and best of all the install was completely affordable!

The Geek Squad know their products well. Since they work on them daily, they have gained experience and wisdom in installing Best Buy products. They stand by their product and reputation. Markeyes, the guy at Auto installation was knowledgable, fast, efficient and clean is his work. I highly recommend him for their work on their own products.

As usual, the installer at Best Buy did a wonderful job. The radio was installed in a timely manner and the installer showed us how everything worked. We had to come back for an explanation of one of the features and he cheerfully (that's right, cheerfully!) straightened us out on what we were doing wrong. Love the Best Buy!

Great install but I feel he could've took time to explain how the radio worked didn't offer to hook up my Bluetooth just installed the radio and Gave my keys. But after he seen I was out in the parking lot for hour he did come over and ask if I needed assistance by the time I had it already hook up my Bluetooth so overall he did his job

The installer was timely, respectful and knowledgeable! He installed this stereo in great time and explained how to use it so I could use its functions and all within the time frame of my appointment. He did an Excellent job! Thank You for such a reliable installer!

Received free installation with car stereo purchase. The unit was installed promptly at the scheduled time. The installer had to replace installtion kit that was ordered. If the installation wss not free I still would have had Best Buy install Stereo. The installer even explained how to operate the radio and some advanced functions.

The gentlemen that took care of the installation of my car stereo was great. He explained everything to me, how it works, etc.. He was very thorough in everything he did. I would highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a car stereo (which I also purchased from Best Buy) that needs installation.

The tech took his time and the job came out perfect.

First off, I was on the fence about having Best Buy install my radio or to just do it myself and overall I am very happy that I chose to have it done professionally. They really do complete the service within the time it says is estimated, but mine was shorter! It's so much nicer to know that if anything happens, it will be covered.

The young guy who installed my car stereo did a great job. He was personable, knowledge and patient. He answered all of my questions and finished the installation ahead of schedule. I even went back several days later with a question. He stopped what he was doing and took the time to help me out. Thanks for the good customer service.
