After reading many awful reviews about install, I was nervous about using Geek Squad to install my car stereo. I took the plunge and am so glad I did. The whole process was easy and painless. The installers were very professional. I would use their service again.

I purchased a car stereo and speakers from BestBuy and elected to have it professionally installed at the store. They did quality work and I didn't have to wait too long to have it done. I recommend it.

Install was great.....installer was experienced and professional. He knew what he was doing, changed as necessary any install kits to what was needed, helped with adjusting settings to my preferences, helping hook my phone to the Blue Tooth, and giving me a Tutorial on the operation to get me started.

Always efficient and professional. Without hesitation, I trust Best Buy's car audio installation experts. Their work is always top notch.

Eddie did a great job installing the parts. The van didn't look like anyone had done any messy work, even though the tech had to route a mike through the dashboard. There were no marks whatsoever where the dash panels had to be popped open. I would have given Best Buy 5 stars on this one, but I had to get the dash kit, antenna adapter, and wiring harness from an Amazon dealer before I could get the installation scheduled.

The gentlemen with Geek Squad were very friendly and professional during the installation process. Also since the car radio I purchased was over $99.00 they installed it for free; saving me money, time and a big headache had I attempted to install the new unit myself! 5 stars all day!

The guys were extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be done to install my stereo and were very efficient at resolving any issues I had with the install when I attempted to do it myself. I was very impressed with them and their willingness to help me get the stereo installed and working properly.

Install looks very professional just would have liked more info on the new system.

The instyaller was great. had a little difficulty due to vehicle's antenna. Installer took time to research problem identify the fix and printed off blog suggestions on how to get this corrected. Even made a test antenna to determine exactly where the problem originated. Very efficient and knowledgable.

The installer was friendly and fast. He took the time to explain all the features. He set the time for me and even after I left and couldnt figure out how to sync my phone Quincy invited me back and explained how to do it. He was very friendly and helpful

Just changed to a Web based tv system and needed a Antena. Product works great.

Years ago, I would have installed the stereo myself to save a few dollars. No longer! It was worth every penny to have Best Buy install my car stereo. It the short time it took to wander around the store, an expert technician took care of the situation, and afterward demonstrated the available features.

I had trouble with the installation kit being delivered. Best Buy helped me solve the problem and made sure I was able to get my stereo installed before leaving the state. The installation was professional and is working very well. I would recommend Best Buy to anyone!

The person that installed my radio was Jose. He was so helpful and amazing. Explained everything with patience and kindness. Thank you Jose! He deserves a raise!!!
