Although I was tempted to install the new car stereo myself, I went ahead and let the Best Buy technician do it. Great decision. He was fast, professional, courteous, and all-around excellent. Took about an hour, and then afterwards, he took the time to sit in the vehicle with me to run me through its features.

The installers removed my original radio from a 2004 Toyota 4Runner and replaced it with a Kenwood AM/FM, CD player, with all the bells and whistles. I've very happy with the installation though it has taken awhile to learn all the ins and outs of this receiver.

Jason was friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions, and installed my new car stereo exactly as I wanted. I'm very happy with the service! As an added bonus, the Geek Squad installation was WAY less expensive than area car stereo places.

My car stereo installation was completed at the Macedonia Best Buy. The technician was very knowledgeable, efficient, and quality of work was excellent! The install was completed in an unbelievable 30 minutes! I would highly recommend the Macedonia store for car stereo installation!

The agents mounted my son's stereo system and did an excellent job! They were very courteous and professional, and had the work done in no time. Also, it is now covered if there are any issues. You can't get that backing by installing yourself.

Received a new Bluetooth Pioneer receiver for my vehicle as a gift. My wife paid for the installation when she purchased the receiver. I had a great experience with the installer at my local Best Buy. He was professional and was very careful with my vehicle. He also paired my phone with the receiver and showed me how to program it.

Been a best buy credit card holder for close to 11 years and geek squad along with the treatment ive received from staff has always been friendly and of high quality. For the reasons stated I always recommend best buy and its services like geek squad to everyone I know.

Recently had my stereo installed at Best Buy. I bought it there and did not want to deal with the aggravation of installing it myself. The tech was friendly, professional and I have no gripes at all. I will likely have him install new speakers in the near future.

I was so impressed with the smoothness of getting my audio unit installed. The installer was very clear in his communication regarding the process and the amount of time involved as well as going over the operation of the unit once it was installed. I most definitely will use this service again!

Nolan was my installer and was very good at what he does. He was friendly, knowledgeable and went over product operation with me. The installation is something I would normally do myself but it was free with the purchase. Very pleased with the service.

Overall it's a nice, sleek looking radio. Easy to use and does exactly what it advertised.

The tech installed my car stereo fairly quick. Explained the operational aspects and showed me how to maneuver thru the functions. He was so thorough that I didn't have to read the manual that came with the unit. GREAT JOB Geek Squad!!

As stated regarding the Sony deck....two installers, both good guys, worked on it....neither got the bluetooth phone to work properly. It was getting late on a Sat. The installer said he'd check with Geeksquad on Monday, but I've never heard from him, despite my call on Wed. I'm not mad....but you asked. (I know their names, but don't want to get personal.)

Car stereo for daughters car...works well....she really is enjoying it.

I have never had any installs completed at a Best Buy. With that being said I am completely satisfied with the overall experience I had. The employee that installed my new stereo went above and beyond my expectations and will be the reason that I will come back in the near future for a remote start.

The tech installed my radio in a timely manner. Was polite and knowledgeable. He made a small mistake when plugging other cords back into my dashboard which was rapidly rectified immediately. Great experience

Installer was very conscientious about his work. He not only explained what he did but also "showed" his work to me when I picked up the vehicle. He also gave some basic information as to "getting started" in using the newly installed product as well as providing additional information for use.
