My car radio was a tad bit prehistoric my car had no vibration to it but once the guy at geek squad did the installation my 98 camry had a different essence to it my vehicle had more life to it in fact it feels like a newer car ever since thanks geek squad two thumbs up

I had a new radio and all the speakers replaced in my 06’ Mini Cooper s. The tech did a great job and had my car ready in exactly 7 hours. I’m taking my truck in a few weeks to have the entire stereo system replaced and a remote stater put in. I went to the York pa best buy.

Jason, the technician did an excellent job. He helped with ordering the correct radio and accessories for my truck. While doing the installation, he ran into a speaker issue and helped resolve it. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

The geek squad did a great job of hiding the wires and cables on my 1966 impala so convertible. I was concerned that they maybe hadn't worked with a car this old. They alleviated all of my concerns after 5 minutes of conversation. They did a great job.

I was very pleased with the installation process of my radio. Daniel, my service tech did a great job of explaining everything to me before he began. He completed the installation in the time he estimated and then he patiently reviewed the operation of the radio, including syncing it with my cell phone.

I personally had a very good encounter with those that put my radio in my car. I came without an appointment, and they still fit me in. I felt comfortable in the store just walking around, and with asking about the status of my installation.

Bought car stereo and got same day install appointment as well. They helped me a local geek squad that could install same day. Beloved me that stereo would fit current set up and wiring. Finished install in 30 min including resetting clock and presuming some stations for me. Great job overall

The tech installed my radio and all its component parts and fully explained the features. Even extended his service after the installation should I have questions. Service and product quality so good I am updating my system in my other car.

The service was great and the technicians was diligent and on time with the install, I was especially pleased the was social distancing was practiced and the precautions taken to protect themselves prior to entering my vehicle.

We looked at doing it ourselves but then decided to leave it to experts... glad we did. The Geek Squad knew how to integrate the Pioneer car receiver with an existing sound system installed by a previous owner.

Tech was very nice (unlike another store I dealt with). Got my stereo installed in no time. Only wish he might of given me a heads up that the factory speakers would probably blow, cause they did. But that my fault, not his. It was Skynard. Turn it up.

Installation of this receiver was done quickly and for a very reasonable cost. Car was an older car (2002), so it helped to have an experienced installer. We also got a very thorough run through on all the capabilities and how everything worked once it was installed. Very pleased overall.

We purchased a stereo for our vehicle and had Best Buy install it. The installation was flawless, and the technician was very thorough. He left the vehicle clean and explained how to work the stereo, even hooking my phone to it via Bluetooth, explaining the steps as he did this. Great service!
