I was very pleased with the installation process of my radio. Daniel, my service tech did a great job of explaining everything to me before he began. He completed the installation in the time he estimated and then he patiently reviewed the operation of the radio, including syncing it with my cell phone.

Tech was very nice (unlike another store I dealt with). Got my stereo installed in no time. Only wish he might of given me a heads up that the factory speakers would probably blow, cause they did. But that my fault, not his. It was Skynard. Turn it up.

These guys were very knowledgeable.... they get you in and out in a flash! And explain all functions of your new equipment... versus just kicking you out on your butt without a clue.... these guys were on point and I appreciate them!

Bought car stereo and got same day install appointment as well. They helped me a local geek squad that could install same day. Beloved me that stereo would fit current set up and wiring. Finished install in 30 min including resetting clock and presuming some stations for me. Great job overall

Help me look for a new stereo because the stereo I order hadn’t came in yet and I drove almost an hour to this Best Buy to get it install, Great service from Him would definitely go back to get installation from this Best Buy.

Installation of this receiver was done quickly and for a very reasonable cost. Car was an older car (2002), so it helped to have an experienced installer. We also got a very thorough run through on all the capabilities and how everything worked once it was installed. Very pleased overall.

We purchased a stereo for our vehicle and had Best Buy install it. The installation was flawless, and the technician was very thorough. He left the vehicle clean and explained how to work the stereo, even hooking my phone to it via Bluetooth, explaining the steps as he did this. Great service!

Had an appointment to do my nephews radio install and they we're very late taking us If it we're up to me i would have left But it was his first car and you could imagine his excitement so i stuck it out They did a great job and he was very happy so it was worth the wait

Installation was done quickly and with no problems.

Had a new satellite radio installed in my truck. The staff was professional enough did an excellent job. He walked me through all the features of the radio to make sure I was comfortable with it's use. I am highly pleased with their work.

Just need to take it back in to fix the AM radio!!!

The Geek Squad guys who took out the old car stereo and recommended and installed the new digital stereo for my daughter were awesome! Very meticulous and fast at the same time. Didn't mar the laminate on the console and did a beautiful fast job of installing everything. Also, very, very cost-effective!

The Best Buy Service department did an excellent job of installing a Sony Audio Bluetooth Audio system in my 2004 Chevy Tahoe. Technician Beau, explained everything I needed to know in simple easy to understand term. I am very happy and highly recommend using them to friends
