Was skeptical about the service after reading few of the reviews, the geek squad agent installed the radio very fast in less than hour and was service was very professional and new stereo works great. Didn't have to pay any extra, agent tried to reuse what's already in the car.

Installation went well, finished in a timely manner

They took us in quick the guy got in the car check out the old one to put the new one in quick and easy under half an hour could be more please free professional very polite that's the kind of stuff that people I like to work on my car

I got a radio installed in my daughter's car for Christmas. Everything went great. I even returned a part that I didn't end up needing for the install. The only issue I had was they said it would only take an hour and ended up taking almost 2.

The installation was completed quickly and accurately. The technician knew exactly what to do and what was needed to do it. Very impressive and I didn't have to do anything. I used to do this myself, but will use these technicians from now on. They've done 2 great jobs so far.

Great team of guys working the day I got this installed, and they got everything working really fast, and it sounds great. And everything is hooked up, including a new microphone, for the talking back on the phone via the radio bluetooth Great job guys! Thanks

I bought a radio for a car and it was installed very nicely.

My Geek Squad technition was great. He was very accommodating, despite me bein late and needing to pick up materials ordered earlier. He even switched the CD that I forgot in my old stereo to the new one. Wish I remembered his name because I would totally recommend him :)

Bought a new car to me, and had my pioneer cd radio, reinstalled from my explorer into my current car a ford fusion. They guys at the best buy install area promised a certain for the work to be done, as we're actually done before they said they would. Work was excellent, guys were very friendly in addition.

There were three other cars ahead of me and this installer was like a magician! He got me in and out in under 2 hours. I was extremely impressed. After which, he took the time to show me how to operate my new stereo and answer all my questions.

Communication before the appointment and service were both excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Good customer service and professional attitude w/auto tech during transaction. Deck installation was timely & a pleasant experience. Went in orginally just for the install and ended being much more rewarding when I got to put the cost of the work on my new BBUY account while waiting and got approval for it.

went to south coast plaza best buy. the installers name is Phil. he was awesome installed every thing fast and clean. he even fixed my passenger power window and locks. he saved me a lot on that repair I needed. Phil you Rock

I had an audio deck installed as well as the mount for it and some wiring. I chose to stick around and wait but it didn't take very long so I was able to be in and out quickly. Since I was there he explained what he was doing as well as just having a friendly conversation

When I arrived on time, the installer was waiting to start on my vehicle. I left and came back rather than waiting. When I returned, he had left a note to make sure I realized my tires were low on air. The install was excellent and the service was even better

Easy to set up an appointment, fast installation. Even got called saying I could bring in my car earlier then my appointment was. This is my second time getting something installed by best buy and still a satisfied customer
