They did a great job installing the stereo into my vehicle. You could tell it was done by a professional, everything was set in place, no wires showing, he even asked where I would like the microphone for the bluetooth installed. Then he made sure was working fine. Great Job!!!!!

Johnny did a very good job on the installation of the stereo. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I have to bring it back because there is an issue with the microphone. Otherwise, I have been very happy. The installation started on time and actually finished much earlier than I thought it was going to.

I need to start by saying that I didn’t need anything special. I researched and found a decent stereo. The salesman was great; very helpful, polite and professional. The installer was great, too. Installation was done early. Zero complaints. Great work.

I go to the back and they tell me exactly what i need to install whatever i have ordered so it can be done in a timely fashion. they order it for me after we discuss what all we need. Then they install it quickly, and right, the first time. love these guys

Quick! Easy! Great customer service. They even refunded me some money because my car already had some of the stuff the radio install needed. I feel like most places would just charge you anyways.

Edward is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their were some obstacles regarding my audio install and he helped me understand issues and how he would fix them. He did exactly what he promised and is a top quality employee. Car audio is this guys passion.

Although there seems to be no method to the madness in the installation area, once I got up on a Sunday morning bright and early to have the car there, they agreed I would get my install that day. That was at 10:00a.m. I finally got my car back at 4:00 p.m. But the install worked.

The service here was fantastic! The tech Ryan went out of his way to help me get the best sound at a decent price. I was clueless as to what I needed to replace. He found the problem and showed me why it sounded so bad. Then he put it all together and it's great! I love it!

The Installation manager at the Nampa Idaho Best Buy wen above and beyond in his installation of our car stereo, even going as far as calling us after we dropped the vehicle off to tell us if we chose speakers of the same brand as the stereo we would save money in a package. Well done.

Team did an excellent job. They were not afraid to take out the stock radio on my Porsche. No wires sticking out and sound is great. It even took less time then expected.

Tech installed the radio great. I understand he had to remove the trim around the radio/dash. Only problem was it wasnt pushed back all the way in, had to "snap" it back into place myself. Other then that installation was fanatic.

The agents installed my receiver and connected to my subs for the best sound quality ever! I’m always jamming down the street now thank you guys!

Dropped off the truck on preset appointment. 45 minutes later received a call that the new radio was installed. The Tech took time to pair the phone to the Bluetooth and review the setting of favorite station. Good service for a 74 year old!

Steve did a great job at installing my new car audio. There's only one complaint I have...the antenna wasn't connected properly. It's only supposed to go up when the radio is on but it goes up whenever the audio is on, regardless of what I'm listening to. Other than that, great job "- )

The guy who installed our Apple CarPlay was awesome! Quick, professional, really told us all about the system and how to use it, just great work overall. Very impressed and will be back, thanks guys.

The installer was quick and extremely professional. He spent quite a bit of time explaining my radio in detail and gave me quite a few key pointers.

Best Buy was extremely accommodating, took us in over the holidays even when they were backed up! Not only did they fit us in the schedule, the car was done in less than 2 hours. I would definitely have my radio installed at Best Buy again.
