Although there seems to be no method to the madness in the installation area, once I got up on a Sunday morning bright and early to have the car there, they agreed I would get my install that day. That was at 10:00a.m. I finally got my car back at 4:00 p.m. But the install worked.

The service here was fantastic! The tech Ryan went out of his way to help me get the best sound at a decent price. I was clueless as to what I needed to replace. He found the problem and showed me why it sounded so bad. Then he put it all together and it's great! I love it!

The Installation manager at the Nampa Idaho Best Buy wen above and beyond in his installation of our car stereo, even going as far as calling us after we dropped the vehicle off to tell us if we chose speakers of the same brand as the stereo we would save money in a package. Well done.

Steve did a great job at installing my new car audio. There's only one complaint I have...the antenna wasn't connected properly. It's only supposed to go up when the radio is on but it goes up whenever the audio is on, regardless of what I'm listening to. Other than that, great job "- )

The tech was very helpful. I was interested in putting together a decent sound system in my car & he put together a list of suggested items, materials & cost to get the job done. Super job!

Dropped off the truck on preset appointment. 45 minutes later received a call that the new radio was installed. The Tech took time to pair the phone to the Bluetooth and review the setting of favorite station. Good service for a 74 year old!

Fast, friendly service. Keep it up. I did not have to wait long. The only problem there is no place to lounge while waiting. Fortunately, the job was done professionally in less time than I expected.

Best Buy was extremely accommodating, took us in over the holidays even when they were backed up! Not only did they fit us in the schedule, the car was done in less than 2 hours. I would definitely have my radio installed at Best Buy again.

The employees truly went above and beyond to ensure that my device was installed correctly. Additionally, during the process a small piece of my dash board around the radio broke. The employees went out and got a new piece for me and installed it quickly!

Technician was great with the installation of my new car audio. He let know how long it would take to complete the installation and will notify me was the installation was complete.

The guy that installed my radio was great. He took me right in, explained everything and didn't try to add any extras. When he was done he showed me how to use my radio and pair my phi e and all the other cool things. I would definitely recommend using them.

The person who installed my radio was very professional. When the new radio did not work she got a new one. only problem i have is my cruise control does not work since the installation of the new radio. and the fasten seat belt sign is falling off since.

I purchased a radio for my wife's car as a Christmas present and decided to go with Best Buy for the installation. From coming into the store to set up the appointment to the actual install itself I was extremely satisfied with both the Best Buy staff and the quality of the work that was done.

Installer was right on schedule with the installation. Left my car clean, and made sure the old parts were packed so I could take them with me in a neat package. He answered all questions about the radio, and was very helpful.
