The guy that did the install was fantastic. He installed it within the hour and then showed me how it worked. Very knowledgeable. I would definitely go back.

I purchased a 9" Pioneer radio to replace the factory radio in our 2015 Highlander. My wife brought the car for the radio to be installed. The installer told her the radio wouldn't fit and talked her into a 6.8" radio. It was smaller than the original radio. I called him after the fact and he insisted the radio wouldn't fit. Also, while the radio says it's satellite radio ready, you need a separate receiver and nobody told us. We returned it and the same installer told me the satellite add-on was no good and to use the app. I ordered the 9" radio through Crutchfield along with the satellite radio receiver and it fits great and works well. (See picture.) Be very cautious if you use Best Buy for installation.

My experience with the installer was not a friendly one. He was technically proficient in his work and has remarkable skills; however, the gentlemen was not polite and happy. He also made me wait while he helped another customer after he made me wait 20 minutes just to check in for my appointment. The other customer received helped before I did. Remarkable installation skills but could use some work on his personable skills.

I had a stereo installed in my car. A couple of weeks after the stereo, I had 4 speakers also installed.

Smooth process. Install was quick. Technician was polite and identified what would have been a problem and resolved it before the the installation even happened
