Tech was great. Covered all aspects on install and explained everything. Had a problem with Uconnect but the tech had it figured out before I was out the door.

It was suggested that I purchased this when I purchased my son stereo on Black Friday it was actually cheaper that I bought it before hand then waiting until my installation
