My experience with the installer was not a friendly one. He was technically proficient in his work and has remarkable skills; however, the gentlemen was not polite and happy. He also made me wait while he helped another customer after he made me wait 20 minutes just to check in for my appointment. The other customer received helped before I did. Remarkable installation skills but could use some work on his personable skills.

We usually buy all of our Stereos from Best Buy. We have never had any problems with them being installed. They are really good at it.

The audio dash install was quick, looked and worked great. Was even able to get it competed earlier than expected due to an appointment cancellation.

Perfect on my old truck. A little hard to see when very sunny but I make do. Surprisingly good at night. Glad to have it, especially versus not having one.

The guys worked me right in and had the installation complete in no time at all. Showed me how to operate the radio. Very happy with the service.

Daytona Best Buy. Wish I could give this a zero. I had an appt to have a stereo installed in my rv which both bestbuy.com and the store confirmed they would do no problem. I get there at 9:45am for my 10am appt and park where they told me to park. The installer comes out and tells me to turn the rv around and put it at the curb on the garage door side of the st. Ok done. I ask the installer how long he thought it would be he said 2 hours I have your number I will call you. I go and sit at the wall at 10:30am still no one has come out to the rv another car pulls up and the man talks to the installer and than says thank you for fitting me in and leaves his car there. at 11am I walk over to the garage they are working on the guys car that said thank you for fitting me in. I ask the installer what was up he said his manager came out and looked at the rv and said that they could not do it here. But that was a lie because I was sitting across from the rv the whole time and no one came out to it. I question what the installer said and he told me I would have to go somewhere else for the installation, he then went in the garage got my keys and stereo handed them to me and walked away. I have been trying to get resolution with best buy and keep getting transferred to different people. This is the absolute worse retail experience I have ever had!
