The Geek Squad installed our car stereo for our son. They provided the service within the time frame they promised and to our complete satisfaction

Daytona Best Buy. Wish I could give this a zero. I had an appt to have a stereo installed in my rv which both bestbuy.com and the store confirmed they would do no problem. I get there at 9:45am for my 10am appt and park where they told me to park. The installer comes out and tells me to turn the rv around and put it at the curb on the garage door side of the st. Ok done. I ask the installer how long he thought it would be he said 2 hours I have your number I will call you. I go and sit at the wall at 10:30am still no one has come out to the rv another car pulls up and the man talks to the installer and than says thank you for fitting me in and leaves his car there. at 11am I walk over to the garage they are working on the guys car that said thank you for fitting me in. I ask the installer what was up he said his manager came out and looked at the rv and said that they could not do it here. But that was a lie because I was sitting across from the rv the whole time and no one came out to it. I question what the installer said and he told me I would have to go somewhere else for the installation, he then went in the garage got my keys and stereo handed them to me and walked away. I have been trying to get resolution with best buy and keep getting transferred to different people. This is the absolute worse retail experience I have ever had!

The Geek Squad service was so great with assistant and putting device into car. They were so friendly and helpful.

Fit my 2007 Honda CRV perfectly. The stereo looks like it is factory. I was told this is a big help to prevent theft (at least thats what the installer told me).

Everything was done in a professional manner and only took about an 1 1/2hrs to complete. Everything works great and have no complaints at all!

only complaint is I don't think my antennae is hooked up properly. AM radio stations don't come in. FM reception is spotty

The guys at the Best Buy in Hiram Store did an excellent job installing all the stereo equipment in my 05 Vette. Everything works and sounds great in the car.

my radio has not been installed yet, however i had 2 installed before and expect great use from it

I had a pioneer radio and backup camera installed. The tech decided to take the easy way out when installing the camera. He installed it to the very bottom of my back bumper (not by the license plate). This of course does not work well in Chicago during the winter time with snow. Also it was hard to judge my backing up without being able to see my car's bumper. Me and someone I knew had to rerun the camera.

Installation service was a pleasure. They were communicative and installation was quick.
