Great work. Very professional and friendly workshop

The squad installed my radio in a timely manner and were very helpful with extra parts and showing me how to get it connected to my phone.

The guys at the Best Buy in Hiram Store did an excellent job installing all the stereo equipment in my 05 Vette. Everything works and sounds great in the car.

We had a minor schedule error. But otherwise they were quick and took care of the project and went above and beyond.

I had a pioneer radio and backup camera installed. The tech decided to take the easy way out when installing the camera. He installed it to the very bottom of my back bumper (not by the license plate). This of course does not work well in Chicago during the winter time with snow. Also it was hard to judge my backing up without being able to see my car's bumper. Me and someone I knew had to rerun the camera.

Agent installed a new radio with screen for Apple CarPlay GPS. No problems, friendly service, demonstrated how to use it afterwards,

Awesome to have them install it. They know how and have all the tools to do the job. Faster and easier to have them do it Instead of me trying to do it myself

This was installed in my vehicle along with a new radio so I am not sure what it’s function is exactly, but the system works great overall.

purchased a new pioneer head unit through best buy and had them install it. Time and effort saved was well worth the cost and they did a great job.
