    Got a stereo we purchased in the store on our 2011 Avalon. Tech installed it fairly quickly and did a great job. So far zero issues.

    The guys did a pretty good job, on a product they haven't installed before. They also showed me how to sync it with my phone afterwards

    I pre bought all the supplies we needed but we almost didn’t get our radio put in because they supposedly didn’t have a part. Our appointment was scheduled for 3 weeks out. This is not the 1st time I have had an appointment and they canceled it due to not having parts. Looks to me like they would make sure they had their stuff in stock before an appointment. Very frustrating!!

    Best Buy install is so worth the fee, which is really low compared to others! They were awesome, took great care of my car...even filled my flat tire! They rocked!
