These guys were great and did a very professional job. The install looks great and they are very easy to work with. They answered all my questions.

They did a good job installing the radio and backup camera,The did it in a little over an hour.

So far so good….my old dinosaur 1995 Corolla now has a working radio, thanks to Best Buy.

The whole process was a comedy of errors beginning with the sales staff who set up the installation but failed to order the parts needed. I was not notified until I showed up at the appointed time only to learn that the job could not be done because no one ordered the parts. By then the radio, which had been in stock, was gone and someone had to go to another store to pick it up. An installation kit was ordered from Amazon, which added another two days. And after all the inconvenience of delays and driving back and forth, the store manager was kind of a jerk and would not even spring for a gift card or some sort of store credit. The installers did a fine job once everything arrived, but I will never trust BB again with any sort of installation.

Alex did a great job and was very helpful. It was his first time installing a tailgate latch camera but you wouldn't know it.

The installation was easy. They tell you what they will need and how long it will take. Smooth process will tell you gow the installed item works.

My head unit looks like it was a factory install. The installer took his time to show me all the features and how they intigratef with my steering wheel controls.

I had one radio installed in my last car, a Nissan Xterra, through Best Buy and all was well. However, when I asked them to install a similar radio into my Chevrolet Cruze, they declined to provide any service other than offering me one of their radios. Very disappointed that their only solution to the very expensive radio that I had purchased that was made for my car was to instead spend more money on a radio that didn’t fit properly in my car and would cost more in the long run. I’ll be finding another service in the future. 2 stars because the first aftermarket radio was installed with no issues but they didn’t even bother to examine my second aftermarket radio because the radios sold by Best Buy were “better quality and more reliable.”

Technician was great. Doubled in radio does not fit properly in the bracket though.
