I would never recommend this location for an installation of any kind after my experience with the installers working there. Thirty (30) minutes before my appointment time I got a call from one of the installers, asking me about what kind of car I drove, and he sounded annoyed right from the outset before I even answered a single question. I tell him the model and he immediately states that he may not even be able to get this done today, and considering the kind of car I drive, do it at all. Now, I will preface this with the fact that I am a mechanical engineer and know this type of work very well. I asked him why and he says it depends on if my car has a fiber optic cable running from the amplifier to the head unit - which I told him it does not. He tells me according to his computer it does. I suggest he check it when I arrive for my appointment, and end the call. I get there and he requests my fob so he could go check for this non-existent fiber optic cable in my trunk. He goes out for two minutes comes back in, and lo-and-behold, my car does in fact have a fiber optic cable, he says. I politely disagree and assure him the standard connectors I have already bought and paid for from Best Buy will be more than adequate for the job. “No man, I’m sorry, it does have a fiber optic cable, I located it. We aren’t equipped to handle fiber optic installs and they’re very expensive,” handing me my keys. I ask for a manager, to which none work on Sunday is my answer. So, I tell him okay, just refund my credit card I’ll do it myself I guess - since there is no fiber optic cable in the car. I will stress - I didn’t feel like doing the install. It’s a pain, they offer free install with purchase, it was a win/win for me and them, since I paid a premium for the equipment, I was okay with that. So, I go to the main dealership for my cars manufacturer and have them run my VIN number and get a print out showing clearly my car does NOT have a fiber optic cable, and that the install is actually very simple, and take it to the manager (or at least someone who claimed to be the manager. I question that since she knew NOTHING about car stereo installation at all. Zero knowledge, not so much as a passable attempt at speaking intelligently to it.) She does not apologize, finds the original person who refused to do the work, and defers to his “expertise.” “Sorry, I have to go with what he told you. We just cannot do the install.” While she was holding the printout from the dealership showing clearly my car does not have fiber optic anything. I waited for one full month to get this install done. I wanted my stereo right away. Why did they wait until 30 minutes prior to my appointment time to call and (1) confirm my appointment and (2) suddenly figure out that it cannot be done there (regardless that their software that scheduled my install said they could, my VIN number showed it didn’t have the fiber optic cable, reinforcing that they could, and every other car stereo expert I spoke with said they could have after the fact?) Laziness. The kid working that day didn’t want to get stuck at work late on a Sunday, and they should not have scheduled my appointment so late in the day. That isn’t my problem. The had ample time to call and reschedule it. It was obvious from the very first moment I spoke to him that he didn’t want to do it. No one who knows ANYTHING about car stereo technology would’ve determined that my car had a fiber optic cable. He based it on the color of one single wire, and because it was white and not black it had to be fiber optic, which is absolute nonsense. He wanted to leave work early, and screwed me in the process.

The agents installed my in-dash Pioneer system- quickly, and with no issues. Had me in and out in less than two hours.

Looks good and works good. Only thing I would chanhe would get an upgraded on. Too late now. Sub will not turn on anymore either. Not sure what the problem is
