    Only giving 3 stars as I HOPE that my issues are corrected on my second visit. Connections made with wiring harness was incorrect- mixed up sterling controls and even worse can not use the phone to make or receive calls. Taking it back in over 2 weeks after install due to scheduling issues and the locations lack of staff to see if it gets corrected
