I got a new dash with a rear view camera installed and all was great until I realized the little light inside my car that help me see my middle console at night stopped working. I think for next tome the people should check and make sure they connected all wires and all works in the car before they let you drive off. Nobody wants to have to come back

Techs couldn’t get the radio to work….we were there 5 hours! No steering wheel controls or back up camera. Scheduled to come back another day. They reordered the same wiring harness thinking this was the issue. Went back on the new date….another 4.5 hours! They got it installed finally, but CarPlay still isn’t working! The website says it should connect via usb but the tech told us we needed an adapter….purchased the adapter and it still doesn’t work. Does Best Buy warranty their work and can we take it to another store to have it fixed????
