I definitely recommend having either one of the James’ at the Gwinnett location install for you. They’re both really good at what they do.

Mike was great answering my questions. I was in and out in way less than the time they said it would take. I am very happy with the installation.

The technician that installed my Pioneer AVH-4200NEX receiver and Satellite Radio tuner did a professional and outstanding job with warranty!

I dig this head unit. I didn’t need NAV but wanted to be able to build a system on this later. The HD radio is my favorite feature so far.

The Geek Squad team does a good job overall, however when it comes to customer service, some technicians lack the personality for the job. One of the technicians at the Gilbert, AZ location was rude because I wanted to ask him a question before setting an appointment for installation. Will follow up on this with Best Buy upper management.

My installer was amazing. He installed a stereo in my sons '75 ElCamino. We wanted to keep the integrity of the car intact and he did a great job.

Dre, Mike and the guys at the Manassas,VA Best Buy were great. The installation looks like a factory job, they also helped me in setting up my new radio.

I couldn't find a stereo NAV that fit in my car at Best Buy, but the installation guy walked me through everything and did a great installation on the unit I purchased.

I thought the installers did a good job installing my double din unit. They even updated my adapter cord since it was recalled.

They installed a new radio, 4 speakers and a backup camera. Everything looks great and works perfect.

Excellent wireless connectivity with your phone in the car. As soon as I get in the car it automatically connects and brings up Car Play.
