The staff, at the Orange location, that did the installation deserve 5 stars for their initial work and customer services. Unfortunately, I've had problems with either the stereo or installation - something is not working properly. I've tried to schedule an appt online, via chat and called the store, which immediately transfers to the call center, numerous times - with no luck. I'm currently waiting a call back per the call center - I've requested to speck with a GM. What a nightmare - it shouldn't be this hard to get good customer service after spending hundreds of dollars at Best Buy for a system that is not working.

BB hooked this new JVC in dash with SiriusXM unit up for us in a couple of hours and did a fantastic job! Looks and works great!

These guys are pros! They are craftsmen. If you need work good work then go to Best Buy.

This service is definitely worth your money. But as with all things service, just be sure you are not upsold during actual installation.
