Purchased a Radio and some other items... they gave me a date for installation... the date of the installation the technician told me that the parts the sales man recommended was the wrong ones. We proceeded to order the correct one and gave me a new date for installation (4wks) after waiting 3 weeks. Some others parts they gave me a credit since they sold me extras parts no for my vehicle. The date of the installation now they are telling me that need to purchase something else because the remotes in the a tearing wheel was not connected. The date for this installation at the end they send me to another to program the part. Technician told me he don’t know how to install. You can call me 954-729-8055. Not planning to recommend Geek Squad!!!

The agent mounted my new stereo and it works just fine. He did a good job.

The tech knew what he was doing for sure. Showed me how to operate my stereo after install and took just as long as he said, not any longer
