Used Geek Squad service to install a new head unit to my 2006 Acura MDX, and also installed a backup camera at the same time. Installation went fine, everything works. However, the technician left some obvious scratch mark in my car - I guess when they try to pry open the radio.

I purchased everything in-store with the car stereo installation specialist and scheduled the next available appointment for installation, which was at another Best Buy that was a 40 minute drive from my house. I arrived for my installation appointment to find that they did not have any sort of waiting area for the estimated 2 hour installation, which would have been fine if they actually could have installed the new stereo properly in that timeframe, or at all for that matter. After over three hours of waiting, the installer informed me that they could not properly install the new stereo because they needed a part that not only was not added to the original order when purchased, but was not even available for purchase through Best Buy. So, not only did they fail to add the proper accessories for the installation, Best Buy didn't even have the needed parts for sale. So, after paying for everything, driving quite a long distance and wasting an entire afternoon, I was left with no other option than to return everything (which took another half hour).
