The staff, at the Orange location, that did the installation deserve 5 stars for their initial work and customer services. Unfortunately, I've had problems with either the stereo or installation - something is not working properly. I've tried to schedule an appt online, via chat and called the store, which immediately transfers to the call center, numerous times - with no luck. I'm currently waiting a call back per the call center - I've requested to speck with a GM. What a nightmare - it shouldn't be this hard to get good customer service after spending hundreds of dollars at Best Buy for a system that is not working.
