Bought it for a stereo that I didn’t at first and within a week it was dead already

I like the fact I can use Apple Car Play or Google with this device. But what is very troubling, is the screen quality. I have to push hard on the screen to gets things to work, but the most frustrating thing about the screen is I cannot see it when driving on a bright sun shining day. It is completely useless on these days

I would love to leave a better review but my stereo purchases and installation went horrible and cost me hundreds of dollars sleepless nights and hours of my time. I purchased a stereo and install in the beginning of October, for my Range Rover. I was givin an install date at the beginning of Dec and told to get the wiring harness they said to get ( which was a 300 dollar harness and the wrong one I was soon to find out) so i got the harness. Time goes by and I finally get a call from install guy at the end of November saying we can do install in the middle of December which kinda bummed me out cause ive already waited two months. So I proceed to take dash apart and install stereo myself. So this is where the fun starts! The stereo they recommend wont fit because I needed a shallow den unit, ok ill call and get this fixed, YEA RIGHT, trying to call best buy and talk to a human will never happen, i spent hours on hold. I end up driving 30 min one way to go there and purchase another stereo that should fit. Drive home get the stereo out and prepped to install and this is when I learn its the wrong harness. Ok ill call Spiral Audio (the maker of the harness) to explain the situation and since its been more than 30 days at this point they tell me to basically fu*k off. So now im so bummed Ive been waiting months to get this stereo in, my dash is torn apart, ive got a thousand dollars in stereo stuff that i have to return now, because I know I can not talk to anyone by phone and a truck to put back together. On top of all this they charged my card twice for stereo equipment install that never happened which is being reimbursed but a major hassle. So all of this headache for nothing and im out hundreds of dollars. Im a business owner myself and if this were ro happen to any of my customers i would make it right with them. Best buy should buy this harness from me and give me a credit to the store for wasting my time, energy and money.

It works so can not complain about it but not clear why I don't have all the features available.
