I scheduled this service online, followed up with a person to verify installation time and drove 2 hours to this store so I could get this equipment installed before Christmas since it was a gift. The “installation” couldn’t have been worse. The installer clearly did not want to do this job. He piddled around for 20 minutes frowning over the parts and then said that enough time was not allocated and he couldn’t do it. He told me to come back another day. Like I said — I DROVE TWO HOURS FOR THIS APPOINTMENT. I spent four hours driving to an appointment for nothing. I purchased the items in that store. Wouldn’t you think they would have some clue?

Scheduling was easy, Technician did a flawless job. They also guided me to precisely the product I needed.

You really can't review an install fee. However it did give me access to great installers who completed an installation in my truck.
