Didn't need it

Did it myself, only to find that the back speakers weren't working when I faded it to the read. I brought it to Best Buy to reinstall, only to learn the fading issue was due to the factory Bose amp. Feel like I wasted money - wish I new the Bose issue when I describes it to them.

Nice, but minimal customer relations

He didn't really have a bad attitude but not real friendly either. When I specifically asked for help with the clock he came and helped immediately but did not take the initiative to be sure I know how things worked.

Salesman not educated

Told salesman that we wanted to have Sirius with the stereo. We were told that Sirius was included. Paid for installation and found out the deck didn’t have Sirius like we were told. Had to pay extra for the Sirius receiver and installation of it.
