The techs were friendly and the install took the suggested time. The install looks clean at first, but upon further inspection the cut outs are a little sloppy using the dash kit. I felt more care could've been taken. Also, they did not align the Dash kit's guidelines with the back up camera guide lines.

It was just what I needed. The store kept this part in stock with no issues. It got the job done correct

To much money for a piece of plastic , is less money in other store,delivery on time 10 out 10

Had to go to the store 8 times to have my Navigation System installed correctly and get warranty work fixed from damage to my car during installation but Best Buy corrected all issues and made me whole. I would give 5 stars if I did not have to go back to the store so many times. It was very inconvenient and disruptive toy daily schedule.

After purchasing Sony stereo and installation service from Bestbuy they were unable to properly install it in 3 attempts. The steering wheel controls didn't work and the backlights for the new dash kit wouldn't illuminate at night. After 2 different appointments to get installation problems resolved I had to have my old stereo reinstalled and return my purchase. However, on my 3rd visit the installer realized he had thrown away a bracket for my original stereo and had to reorder one. On my 4th visit I was back to having my original setup. Gave 2 stars because Bestbuy did not give me any issues with my request for a full refund. My cost was 4 different visits to Geek Squad for total of 10 hours of my time.

I purchased everything in-store with the car stereo installation specialist and scheduled the next available appointment for installation, which was at another Best Buy that was a 40 minute drive from my house. I arrived for my installation appointment to find that they did not have any sort of waiting area for the estimated 2 hour installation, which would have been fine if they actually could have installed the new stereo properly in that timeframe, or at all for that matter. After over three hours of waiting, the installer informed me that they could not properly install the new stereo because they needed a part that not only was not added to the original order when purchased, but was not even available for purchase through Best Buy. So, not only did they fail to add the proper accessories for the installation, Best Buy didn't even have the needed parts for sale. So, after paying for everything, driving quite a long distance and wasting an entire afternoon, I was left with no other option than to return everything (which took another half hour).
