The service was quick and professional , they did a great job installing a car radio for my Lexus

Had my stereo installed but it was not completely done. The stereo had a reverse camera attached, the Camera was not installed and it is causing me problems till date . I sent an email and no one got back to me

I brought some car stereo equipment I purchased elsewhere to be installed, and they took every single leftover part like wires brackets and such, they threw away all packings without considering I might have to return defective equipment or the plain fact that none of that belonged to them. Also, some of the plastic parts they installed were broken when I picked up my car and couldn't notice at that moment (lights were pretty dim). It's very disappointing that a name like Best Buy encourage practices equivalent to stealing.

Sounds great and has lots of options. Do a hard wired HDMI to get the mirror image of your iphone on the screen.
