Original install booked for radio install was about 1.5 hrs, rep completed job in about 30 minutes… awesome, either rep works 3 times the speed of expectations and deserves a major pay increase, or they are gouging.. radio is great until I realized the fade was swapped around. I go in to inquire on spending more money to purchase a back up camera and fix the fade. To be told I had to pay another 150.00 install job. Wouldn’t even offer a discount when they would have had the radio out to correct the original mixup

Work was done on time and the installer gave me lots of information about the new product that he installed.

Everything looked good but when I checked to see if it all worked, it didn't. I didn't pull away until it was all checked. Sure enough, more work had to be completed. Mechanic himself was awesome guy, understood what was happening, quick fix overall. To clarify as well: The stereo installed was not purchased at Best Buy
