    The service team successfully installed my car radio with little hassle, but I would have liked more communication about when the vehicle would be ready. I was stuck waiting for a while when they said they would contact me, but they never did.

    I bought a after market in dash gps Unit for Amazon. Took it to Best Buy and they did a wonderful job installing it.

    The service tech was amazing. Scheduling was a nightmare with the Best Buy corporate. I was told it would cost 200, another time told they only do complete stereo installs which is not true, third example; the regular non auto techs have no idea what they are talking about when telling me all kenwood stereos will have my oem features when they dont.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
