I purchased a GPS/stereo for my husband for Christmas. It came with installation package and it stated that instructions to schedule installation would be e-mailed to me, but I never got the instructions. I need to find out how to get it installed and proof that it is covered in the price of thesystem.

Major disappointed to find out days later that certain product features (xm radio, usb outlet, etc..) were not even installed. Seems like some parts were kept for themselves.

Bought my daughter an installation of an in dash radio audio receiver for Christmas. I purchased some of the accessories that I thought would be needed for the installation and set her and appointment in Florence, KY. She went there and was told they probably could not do the install because I ordered the wrong installation accessories. They did not have them in stock, so they told her what she would need to order and that they did not have any appointments for 3 weeks and just laughed at her. She was embarrassed and told them she did not appreciate the snide laugh and sent her on her way with a "parts list". I ordered the parts myself and they will arrive by next Tuesday. I went online to reschedule the appointment and there is an appointment available as soon as September 3rd. That is not 3 weeks out. She feels like she was lied to and somewhat disrespected.
