Radio installation

But when it came to my reverse camera, the installer couldn’t get it to work. He said he needed more time and that I had to come back the following week. So we rescheduled and I went back the following week. He spent another 2 1/2 hours and still couldn’t get it to work. All he told me was that he was just a basic installer and not even their super hero hotline could help. I was going to let it be. I decided to get a subwoofer for the car. I didn’t go back to Best Buy for the sub. I went else where and they were going to install it, I mentioned about my reverse camera not working. He looked at the kit to see what brand it was. He made a call to the manufacturer and got my reverse camera to work.

What irritates me is that when I asked if it would automatically be rescheduled when the situation changed I was told that I would just have to keep calling. NOT a good answer!
