The experience was disappointing from the beginning. The tech had difficulty making the appointment and had to have the installer call me to do it. From the initial phone call the installer acted like I was a huge inconveience. When I arrived he had an attitude and even though I had talked to him on the phone about also including a back up camera, he REALLY did not want to do it and in the end said it would be too difficult. I left the car for the radio and speakers to be installed and took an Uber to work since he said it would be 4 hours. Instead I got a call in about 1 hour saying that he could not do the speakers and it was done. He then went on that I had to get back before 5pm as he had to explain how to use the radio. So even though I had a ride for later I paid for an Uber back. When I arrived he gave me my keys, told me he put the mic in a different place and acted like he was done. I asked for some instruction on using it - he told me the box with the instructions was in the back of my car and walked off with his co=worker! There were no other customers and they did not appear in any kind of hurry, but clearly wanted nothing to do with me. I have been disappointed with the installation as instead of putting the micorphone above the sun shade, he put it on the pillar right by the window. It has made it effectively useless when I am on the highway as there is too much road noise. Fortunately I like the BOSS system, but the installation experiene left a lot to be desired. And I still don't have my new speakers installed. :(
