    I booked the appointment a couple weeks in advance, provided all details of the car and my appointment was confirmed. Drove several hours to the store for my appointment only to be told that they don’t do work on BMW’s or other German cars. I had to call the 800 number to even get a refund! I was most upset about the fact that they knew they weren’t going to work on my car but didn’t communicate that to me in advance. They had weeks to notify me, they should have called to tell me. Two stars only because of the customer service with the refund. The lady I spoke with was very understanding.

    Seemed like a successful install. I like the camera. No problems with camera, but major problems with the head unit it was installed with. Geek Squad not sure what the fix/problem is.
