Absolute disaster. Still have lingering electrical issues in vehicle. Had a pioneer head unit installed and after one week car would not start. Tech made house visit and could not figure it out. Had vehicle towed to Toyota garage and they found that install caused EFI fuse to blow. Few days later car would not start. Blamed it on radio and offered better radio at discount. Installed JVC head unit and worked for ten days. Car wouldn't start. Tech made another house visit. Was not able to get it to start. Finally, messed with car starter (installed by best buy 2-3 years ago) and got car to start. Couple days later it wouldn't start again. Another house visit. Tech uninstalled radio and put in factory radio. Couple days later car won't start. Tech uninstalled car starter and got it to start. Now I am back to factory radio and have no car starter that I bought from best buy a couple years ago. Heated seat also went out during all this terrible and had to pay for that to be repaired. Dealer can't say definitively that the wiring issues caused the heated seat to malfunction, but seems consistent with other symptoms. Had dealer check and fix all wiring affected by install and car is finally fixed. I am out a few hundred dollars and a car starter. This is the first radio I have had best buy install. Never again! I have had them install four or five car starters and never had an issue.... Until this one has to be uninstalled after the radio issues.

The install job was excellent. Andrew did a wonderful job and set the unit up error free.

Received great service...quick install before appt time, demonstrated how to use it, etc.
