Okay, the technician did a good job of communicating issues with the install and the timeframe was as advertised. The problem came, when I I left. I had a passenger side airbag warning light. I stopped the truck and tried my hazard lights (both items are on the same panel beneath the radio) and the hazards didn't work either...my assumption is the technician forgot to hook up an electrical connector. Being as I was the last install for the evening, I called the next day (Friday) to see about having it fixed without having to wait for another month. Here we are (Sunday) and I still don't have a clue if/when they can get me in to fix their mistake. At this time, I am told to check back on Tuesday. I am wondering if they just don't get that these are safety features that are no longer active!

I setup an appointment in person and was guaranteed a spot. When I showed up after driving in the snow. I found out they did not have all the components to do the installation even though they ask for your model and make of the car. So the tech said they would order the parts and then call me back. I never got the call back, so I had to go to the store several times to catch the tech (they don't work 9-5, they are only there when they have appointments). I even complained to the "Manager" of the store that it is ridiculously hard to get a hold of the tech, he assured me he would call me tomorrow (didn't happen). Once I got it installed they wired the inside lights to stay on the whole time I drive. So I now have to try to get an appointment to get that fixed. Meanwhile, no one trys to help compensate you for your time.
