I have to say I gave it a try and was ultimately disappointed the more I investigated the workmanship. There doesn't seem to be a lot of knowledge regarding my vehicle, I admit to that. But I'd rather be told that it's a difficult install and let me know what the options are. 1. Why was an external FM antenna found stashed inside the dash. The thing was 2 feet long and provided horrible reception, not to mention no AM. 2. The wrong 12v wire was used. C pillar cover was removed and placed back with a missing part. There's more that I found that I won't list. I ended up redoing the install myself. It took longer but now it all works. Truly disappointing that I paid for this. To be fair a local car audio shop was not experienced either. Would rather have me spend money on a full replacement system

The service the day of installation was superb. The reason for the 3 stars is because since the day of installation, I have not been able to contact the store via telephone at all. Each call has been a long hold followed by hang up. Very frustrating in general but also because I have issues with my radio and cannot reach anyone for advice and being as I'm out of state, it isn't as easy just to drive there.
