    When I purchased a new in-dash receiver it included "free" Geek squad installation. After about an hour into installation I received a call saying another part was needed and would be about $150 extra. At this point they already had begun installing it so I didn't have much choice. I received two more similar calls throughout the process. Overall, it took over two hours longer and about $350 more than they originally quoted. Definitely wont use bestbuy for anything auto again. Pretty bummed on this. Know exactly what you need and ask them about it before using them, because they wont tell you until its past the point of no return.
