Install was fine

I made the reservation for the install on the phone after calling The Matthews Best Buy and going to Geek Squad. Apaerently that call went to the down town Charles GS and I was unaware of that. So when I went I finally got to the right place after first going to Matthews, I was about 1/2 hour late and he canceled my appointment. When I showed up he was came across like he was not happy to be working. I had a number of questions as I was also having them install a backup camera. He was short with me and not customer friendly in any way. The instal was fine but I would not record the Uptown Charlotte Good Guys Geek Squad to anyone.
