    I was and still am very happy with the install of my radio. I am disappointed that it was not made clear that all of my factory steering wheel controls as they pertain to the radio would not work. Overall happy, just wish that the information would have been clearer.

    While my technician was fairly qualified, I was displeased with the installation of my Sirius XM antenna. It was placed in a place I didn't approve of, causing a total install time of five hours. An antenna fairing was already provided on the trunk, a simple question at the beginning would have resolved the problem instead of having it placed on the windshield railing. Once at home I was able to do in 15 minutes what both technicians said was not possible. During the installation, they disabled all interior compartment lights. It took me a few days to discover this. In all, they did the least necessary to accomplish the job.
