The worst customer service
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Order status shows service was completed. SERVICE WAS NOT STARTED AND WAS NOT COMPLETED!!!!! Atrocious customer service!! Purchased a car stereo and installation, came in early to drop the vehicle off, the installation area was not open and did not open for another 45 minutes. There was no communication from the store about procedures/policy for getting merchandise installed (conducting a pre-install check). The store manager was uninterested and unwilling to offer options, or work with me to come up with a solution. Just repeated the phrase "not open until 11" and walking away to the back room. When I asked him to make another appointment for the next day (understanding this was most likely impossible), without looking at the install schedule, he said they were booked. I asked to make another appointment, he ordered an employee to look at a date a month later, again without looking at the install schedule. Incredibly poor customer service, to the point of driving the customer away and not offering to even attempt to address the issue. He continued to argue as I said I was leaving with the same phrase "not open until 11". Even if I were to reschedule, I wouldn’t trust the store to do the work correctly or take care of the customer should issues arise because of his untrained, disinterested, and confrontational managerial style.
