    Installer didnt put out stereo in correctly and broke part of our dash and didnt hook our antenna us correctly and now it is ripped out. Management has to replace the parts broke

    I had best buy install my radio for the first time. The only suggestion i have is that the technician should give a brief overview of the new equipment and show you how to use it. But that is not part of the service
