The Geek Squad was pleasant but it cost me dearly!

However, I spent farrrr too much of my time trying to resolve issues with Best Buy. From a very poor online experience, and very dissapointing store visit, to three different appointments to the garage in order to have my stereo installation issues resolved. In the end, it cost me twice my budgeted allotment for the desired installation job, as well as thrice my valuable time to get the job done correctly.
